W.R. Meadows HCR Reinforcing Fabric is a hot/cold reinforcing fabric that is made with spun-bonded polyester. It is ideally suited for use as a standard reinforcement material for the W. R. Meadows line of building envelope products, including HRM 714 and HYDRALASTIC 836. It can also be used with the W.R. Meadows' AIR-SHIELD line for taping of joints.
