Dowsil 756 SMS Building Sealant is a medium-modulus elastomeric sealant that is designed for weather-proofing sensitive porous stone and metal panel substrates. It features a proprietary formulation that provides a sleek, dry matte finish, substrate staining, reduces residue rundown and dirt pickup and adheres to both unprimed porous and non-porous substrates. Additionally, it is compatible with open-cell polyurethane, closed-cell polyethylene and nongassing polyolefin backer rods.
