Titen HD Heavy-Duty Screw Anchors are ideally suited for use in cracked and uncracked concrete in addition to uncracked masonry. These screw anchors are removable making them ideal for temporary anchoring; however, reuse of the anchor is not recommended as they will not achieve the listed loads.
