W.R. Meadows VAPOR SEAL PREMOULDED MEMBRANE WITH PLASMATIC CORE (PMPC) is a patented 7-ply, weather-coated, permanently bonded, semi-flexible vaporproofing/waterproofing membrane. The exclusive plasmatic core is between two layers of a homogeneous, bituminous material that is sealed under heat and pressure between liners made of asphalt-impregnated felt and a glass-mat liner. PMPC is also waterproof and vaporproof.
